The original
The 1963 Sting Ray opened the line, and it was the only one with a split rear window. It brought hidden headlights and a new ladder frame. Underneath sat the first independent rear suspension fitted to a Corvette. Chevrolet dropped the split after one year. That’s exactly why a ’63 can still stop a parking lot sixty years later.
