The Rally 17" Forged wheel is Vintage Forged Wheels' modern interpretation of one of the most recognizable Chevrolet wheel designs of the 1960s—the legendary Rally wheel.

Introduced on the 1967 Corvette, the Rally wheel quickly became an unmistakable part of Chevrolet performance history. Its clean stamped-steel center, distinctive slots, deep outer rim, and understated detailing created a purposeful appearance that looked equally at home on a Corvette cruising the street or competing at the track.

The design became a Chevrolet icon, appearing in different forms throughout the late 1960s and early 1970s on some of the era's most desirable performance cars, including the C2 and C3 Corvette, Camaro, Chevelle, and other Chevrolet classics.

The Vintage Forged Rally Forged preserves that unmistakable appearance while completely re-engineering the wheel as a 17-inch forged aluminum performance wheel.

Unlike a conventional one-piece wheel, the Rally Forged utilizes a two-piece forged construction specifically chosen to recreate one of the defining characteristics of the original Rally wheel: its deep outer lip. The separate forged center and outer barrel allow us to maintain the depth, proportions, and visual character of the original stamped-steel design while offering modern 17-inch tire options and custom fitment capabilities.

Every detail of the center has been carefully developed to capture the appearance of the original 1967 design. The classic Rally slots, center profile, outer step, and proportions remain immediately recognizable, while precision CNC machining gives the wheel the accuracy and consistency expected from a modern premium forged wheel.

The engraved markings and logo detailing are inspired by the appearance and placement of the original wheel, creating an authentic finishing touch that enthusiasts will immediately recognize. Manufactured from 6061-T6 forged aluminum, the Rally Forged combines classic Chevrolet styling with the benefits of modern wheel engineering. For modified vehicles and custom builds, the two-piece architecture provides additional flexibility in width, offset, backspacing, and lip depth. This makes the Rally Forged equally suited for a faithfully styled C2 Corvette, a wide-tire C3, a Pro-Touring Camaro, or a completely custom Chevrolet build.

Multiple finishes are available to recreate the traditional factory Rally appearance or create something entirely unique.
